欢迎使用 DeskCat(以下简称"本软件")。下载、安装或使用本软件即表示你同意以下条款。
1. 授权许可
- 买断版($1):我们授予你一份非独占、不可转售的个人使用许可。一个授权码绑定一台设备,可永久使用本软件已发布的功能。你不得将授权码出售、出租、分发或公开分享。
- VIP 订阅版:按月付费,在订阅有效期内享有相应权益;取消后将停止续费,已产生的当月权益至当期结束。
- 本软件受著作权保护。你不得反编译、逆向工程、破解授权机制或二次打包分发。
2. VIP 与 AI 额度
- VIP 订阅费每月扣除 $1 作为服务器与维护成本,其余金额作为你的 AI 调用额度。额度按实际用量消耗,当月未用完不结转至次月。
- AI 回复由第三方大模型(DeepSeek)生成,我们不对其内容的准确性、适用性负责。
- 禁止利用本软件进行违法、滥用或自动化批量请求等行为;违者我们有权暂停服务。
3. 付款与退款
付款由记录商户 Creem 处理。买断版为数字商品,激活后原则上不支持退款;如遇无法使用等问题,请联系我们协助处理。VIP 订阅可随时取消,下一周期不再扣费。
4. "吃文件"等功能免责
本软件的"吃文件"仅将文件移入可还原的本地缓存或系统回收站,不会永久删除你的数据。但你仍应自行做好重要文件备份;对因误操作导致的数据问题,我们在法律允许范围内不承担责任。
5. 责任限制
本软件按"现状"提供。在法律允许的最大范围内,我们不对使用本软件造成的间接、偶然或后果性损失承担责任。
6. 条款变更
我们可能更新本条款,重大变更会在官网公示。继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。

Terms of Service
Welcome to DeskCat ("the Software"). By downloading, installing or using it, you agree to these terms.
1. License
- Buyout ($1): a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license. One key binds to one device and grants perpetual use of the released features. You may not sell, rent, distribute or publicly share the key.
- VIP subscription: billed monthly; benefits apply during the active period. Cancelling stops renewal; the current period runs to its end.
- The Software is protected by copyright. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, crack the licensing, or repackage and redistribute it.
2. VIP & AI credit
- $1/month of the VIP fee covers servers and upkeep; the remainder is your AI credit, consumed by actual usage and not carried over to the next month.
- AI replies are generated by a third-party model (DeepSeek); we are not responsible for the accuracy or suitability of their content.
- No unlawful use, abuse, or automated bulk requests; violations may result in suspension.
3. Payment & refunds
Payments are handled by the Merchant of Record, Creem. The buyout is a digital good and is generally non-refundable after activation; contact us if it doesn't work. VIP can be cancelled anytime; no charge for the next cycle.
4. "Eating files" disclaimer
The "eat files" feature only moves files to a restorable local cache or the system Recycle Bin and never permanently deletes your data. You should still back up important files; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for data issues from misuse.
5. Limitation of liability
The Software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on the site. Continued use means acceptance.
