隐私政策
我们把隐私当成产品的一部分来设计。核心原则:能在你电脑本地完成的,绝不上传。
1. 买断版(本地猫)
- 仅一次联网:首次激活时,客户端会向我们的服务器发送你的授权码和一段匿名设备指纹(由硬件标识计算的哈希,不含你的姓名、位置等可识别信息),用于"一个授权码绑定一台设备"。激活成功后,应用不再连接我们的任何服务器。
- 不做遥测:我们不收集你的使用行为、不统计你做了什么、不在后台上传任何数据。
- 语音本地处理:语音识别完全在你的电脑上运行,麦克风音频不留存、不上传,识别完即丢弃。
- 键盘只感知"有无敲击",用于踩奶动画和"按住说话"热键;绝不记录你按了什么键、输入了什么内容。
- 你的 DeepSeek API Key 保存在操作系统的安全凭据库(Windows 凭据管理器),不明文存盘,我们也接触不到。
2. 聊天功能
当你主动和猫聊天时,你输入的文字(不含语音音频)会被发送给大语言模型以生成回复。买断版直接发往你自己配置的 DeepSeek;VIP 版经由我们的服务器中转给模型。我们不会用你的对话内容做训练。
3. VIP 订阅版
- 需用 Google 或 GitHub 账号登录,我们仅保存识别你账号所需的最少信息(账号 ID、邮箱)。
- 支付由第三方记录商户 Creem 处理,我们不接触也不保存你的银行卡信息。
- 为按用量计费,我们会记录你的 AI 调用次数与 token 用量(不含对话内容明文,仅计量),你可在个人中心查看。
4. Cookie
官网 deskcat.cc 仅使用本地存储记住你的语言偏好,不使用广告或追踪类 Cookie。
5. 你的权利
你可以随时卸载应用、删除本地数据;VIP 用户可申请删除账号及相关数据。如需协助,请联系下方邮箱。

Privacy Policy
We treat privacy as part of the product. Core principle: if it can be done locally on your computer, we never upload it.
1. Buyout edition (Local Cat)
- One-time connection only: on first activation, the app sends your license key and an anonymous device fingerprint (a hash of hardware identifiers, containing no name, location or identifying info) to bind "one key to one device". After activation it never connects to our servers again.
- No telemetry: we don't collect usage behavior or upload anything in the background.
- Speech is local: recognition runs entirely on your computer; microphone audio is never stored or uploaded and is discarded after recognition.
- Keyboard only senses "a keypress" (for the kneading animation and push-to-talk); we never record which key or what you typed.
- Your DeepSeek API key is stored in your OS secure credential store (Windows Credential Manager), never in plaintext, and we never see it.
2. Chat
When you chat with the cat, your text (not audio) is sent to a language model to generate a reply. The buyout edition sends it directly to your own DeepSeek; VIP relays it through our server. We don't use your conversations for training.
3. VIP subscription
- Requires Google or GitHub login; we store only the minimum needed to identify your account (account ID, email).
- Payments are handled by the Merchant of Record Creem; we never touch or store your card details.
- For usage-based billing we record your AI call counts and token usage (metering only, not conversation text); viewable in your account.
4. Cookies
deskcat.cc uses local storage only to remember your language preference. No advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Your rights
You can uninstall and delete local data anytime; VIP users may request account and data deletion. Contact us for help.
